Early check-in and very good customer service. Brand-new room, comfortable bed, great-sized bathroom. Hard-working and extraordinary service-minded staff, free wake up calls, DVD disc hire and film hire. Comfortable and perfect location for visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel.

The location of the resort is amazing, just a short walk away from a lovely family-friendly park. The room I stayed in was relatively clean and had great cooking facilities. The view from the room was also really nice.

I ate at a reasonably priced restaurant with adequate meals and drinks. It overlooked the ocean. The location in a beautiful area was great and beautiful and there were shops and a good supermarket nearby: )

The staff was very helpful and top-class. We could use wake-up service, film hire, and DVD disc hire free of charge.- The location was good for exploring the area, close to several stores, golf courses, Whaler Village, Boss Frog for snorkeling equipment, and the nicest beach.

There was a free DVD rental. We even had 2 TVs. It was lovely.
Unfortunately the direct sandy beach in front of the hotel had been washed away by the waves or something... but only 100 meters away it was soooo beautiful - we bathed in the crystal clear water with sea turtles!!! Beautiful!

The staff is wonderfully friendly. You can park your car onsite. The room is a decent size and functional, equipped with a washer/dryer and 1 bedroom. The hotel is in a marvelous and quiet location close to the center of the village. Excellent dishes can be found in the in-house restaurant.

You don't get the impression it's about making money. Tennis courts are free of charge. Since we are on our honeymoon and the hotel gave another bottle of champagne.
The rooms aren't modern.
